Growth pyramid

Projects enter the Company's growth pyramid either by way of internal discovery or through joint venture and are subject to a strict evaluation process to ensure that investment is targeted towards quality assets that will ultimately be brought to production. All opportunities are ranked and prioritised based on specific criteria:

Generative
The Generative category of the pyramid includes land packages which we believe host mineral anomalies.  We have secured these land packages through joint ventures or staked the claim ourselves.

Prospect
At the Prospect level, the goal is to identify and define the potential of the ore body (size, grade, thickness) through surface sampling and initial drilling.

Drill targets
In order to progress to the Target Definition category, the deposit must exhibit ore grade over mineable thickness. During this stage we progress diamond drilling with the aim of identifying continuous mineralisation that may lead to an inferred resource. Upon completion of a ranking study to define preliminary economic parameters and minimum size requirements, projects pass from Target Definition to Resource Delineation.

Resource delineation
As infill drilling progresses and more engineering and technical data is obtained, the project may be subject to a scoping study and subsequently pre-feasibility, if guaranteed. At this point projects enter development and feasibility stage with resource to reserve conversion. If feasibility is positive, the construction phase starts.
