After a comprehensive internal review, the Board of Directors approved in August 2023 the Company KPI targets for 2030. The selected KPI targets for 2030 will be measured against the 2021 baseline year. Performance against these targets will be reported on an annual basis.
The Company will monitor the continued relevance of the selected KPI targets and will be supplemented as appropriate, for example, by the revision of key Climate Change related targets on completion of Hochschild's Climate Strategy to achieve Net Zero by 2050.
